Our hotel is surrounded by mountains and gives wonderful views all around - Höhe Gröll to the East, the Hochkaltermassiv to the South, Reiteralm to the West and the Lattengebirge mountain range to the North.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night for cots.
All children under 15 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of EUR 100 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 19 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
EUR 2.10 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 5.00 per hour.
Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast costs EUR 8.50 per person.
